  Take it from a past manager, you don't wish to eat here. I got in trouble for throwing out bad food. We had tortilla chips in plastic containers that had molded and they would pick through to only serve "the good ones". I informed the owner and my upper boss that our buttermilk was past its "best by" date, and I was told it was fine to use in the ranch they make from scratch since, "it had a bitter taste anyways". The crew I started with NEVER washed their hands, and when I brought it to their attention, along with other health violations, I was told to wait till I was "better established" before I "started making changes". Dough was left to rise in a bucket on the floor because "it wasn't being stored there, it was just temporarily there". None of the kitchen staff (eccept the owner) wears hats or gloves when preparing the food. I constantly got on to the server's for picking food off plates that were about to be served. We got an order of bad potatoes, and I was told to chop off the bad parts and keep the rest "since they're deep fried anyways". EAT HERE AT YOUR OWN RISK!
