  The food service here is consistently slow. It's quite amazing. It doesn't matter how many customers are here it's always slow.

  They've definitely done some reconstruction on their employment. The last few times I've been there, they've been okay. This time I was there, Erika was an amazing server, and she was super outgoing and friendly. All of there other employees seemed happy to work, and were always running back and forth with drinks. Definitely worth the visit, 5 stars guaranteed.

  Possibly the worst service ever...... and the food tastes like it was all from earlier in the week...... chips and chili con queso chips were stale queso was watery.... burger was dryed out like it had been pressed on the grill for days... fries tastes like they had been fried held and fried again... service was just horrible waited 15 min before anyone even came to my table... then cared nothing about the quality of the food when I said somthing....... the manager never even came and said anything... server never even so much as offered an apology.... will never go back to any buffalo wild wings ever again

  Worst service ever. Ordered food to go and got told 15-20 minutes. Took them 50 minutes. Had 3 people order after me that got theirs 10 minutes before I even got mine. And to top it off...the food wasn't even correct. Won't be back.
  
  Update...went back today (2/16/17). Service was 100 times better than before! Order came out on time and everything was correct. Not sure what changed or who changed but it was much better this go around.
